The Weekend
Today I bought a camera because I've just received my new credit card. It lacks a few features but it's really tiny so I can fit it in my pocket and take it drinking with me.
Tomorrow night we're going ten pin bowling. I despise ten pin bowling. Never mind! On Saturday we're renting a hotel room in Chicago and I think going to the Awesome 80's Prom. On Sunday, the John Hancock Tower, if the weather's clear.

Comments
The People of Illinois vs. Rodney V Lorrimar sounds like a corker! I advise pleading not guilty to the charge of driving without a license, but pleading guilty to an unrelated charge of training with al Kaeida (sp?) in Afganistan. Tell Hicksey I said gudday.
Also, I think you should have got out of your car like any self respecting Australian would have done when pulled over by the fuzz. If he'd popped a cap in your arse, you would have made the news and been able to sell your story to the Packers.
I would like to see photo's of the awesome 80's ball. I have a thing for taffeta (sp?) and crimped hair with a big-style fringe. Also, any photo's you can manage to take of the court experience would be humorous. Don't go wasting your megapixelage on snow and kittens.
p.s. if you swear a lot and drink to excess, i'm sure even you would find 10-pin entertaining. make sure you take kylie and cherryl with you, whilst wearing your best pair of painted on stonewash and thongs. If they don't sell Winnie Blues at the kiosk, find the next best thing.

The credit card or the camera?

G: I tried to bring my camera into the courtroom but when I took it out for the metal detector they asked me leave it in the car.
Going to court was an interesting experience. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes. In that time the judge served justice to myself and about 15 other deadbeats who were in there for things like not paying rent or forgetting to honour numerous traffic fines over the past 8 years.
While waiting it occurred to me that a drive-through courtroom would be possible (providing the defendents held a valid driver's licence), and I think the idea would be well-received by the general public.
Caryn: yeah I think except for the hair we almost look the same.
Mr Goon: Both, of course!
